You can get bag of food once a week that will last you for 2 and half days
No cooking needed. They also provide Showers but that happens only on Tuesday and Thursday 9am-12 noon
Good Samaritans of Garland

Twice a week they provide a ten pack. Which is ten pounds of food.
Pop tops, meat, soup, crackers fruit cups etc.
Once a month they provide a hygiene pack.
Soap, body wash, tooth brush tooth paste, etc.
